We are seeking a Regional Brand Manager JPAC to join our team based in Singapore. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a dynamic results-driven professional with a strong background in biologics or oncology launches and a passion for cutting edge dermatology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the cross-functional launch readiness for the new biologics asset in Singapore and key JPAC regions including Australia and South Korea etc.

  • Execute the launch strategy ensuring alignment with market dynamics competitive landscape and patient needs.

  • Manage & lead stakeholder relationships including key opinion leaders (KOLs) medical affairs market access regulatory and sales teams.

  • Monitor and analyse market trends competitor activity and performance to optimise the launch strategy and drive brand growth.

  • Lead post-launch marketing activities to accelerate growth ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver exceptional customer value.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential: Biologics launch experience oncology rare diseases or portfolios with in-depth scientific discussion needed

  • Strong experience in Singapore & experience in regional marketing across JPAC or SEA markets.

  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including medical regulatory and sales teams.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage ambiguity and bring clarity to cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure working with tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
