Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support Global Operations by collecting analyzing and interpreting data from Purchasing Planning Inventory and Master Scheduling. This role focuses on identifying trends inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement leveraging data visualization tools to present actionable insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and enable an analytics platform for Purchasing Planning Master Scheduling and Inventory.
Collect analyze and interpret operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Create clear and impactful data visualizations (charts dashboards) using Power BI.
Prototype analytic products using Snowflake and Power BI.
Develop project plans and timelines for analytics initiatives.
Act as a liaison between business teams (Operations) and IT (Snowflake Power BI Software Development).
Prepare Business Requirement Documents for analytics projects derived from manufacturing processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting using analytics tools preferably on Cloud-based Data Warehouses (Snowflake).
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation; Python experience is a plus.
Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau).
Excellent project management skills with experience in leading analytics projects.
Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams across regions (Israel Singapore Wales Germany).
Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Masters Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelors Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
