Position Overview:
As an Emergency Vet Nurse you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to animals during their time of need. From triaging incoming patients to assisting with life-saving procedures your skills and expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our furry friends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and assess incoming patients
- Assist with emergency surgeries and procedures
- Monitor patients in critical condition
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians
- Provide compassionate care and support to both patients and their owners
Requirements:
- Registered Vet Nurse
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
- Previous experience in emergency or critical care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care
