WHAT ARE WE OFFERING
The Nurse Unit Manager Renal - Chemotherapy & Infusion Unit role offers the opportunity to provide pivotal coordination of patient/client care delivery within a defined service area ensuring continuity quality outcomes and efficient patient this role you will use your clinical knowledge and experience to lead and manage nursing/midwifery and multidisciplinary team activities while supporting quality improvement resource management and the ongoing development of a positive and high-performing team culture.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Do you have the clinical knowledge and experience to lead and coordinate patient/client care delivery
- Are you confident in managing team performance and supporting a positive work culture
- Do you have experience in resource management including staffing rostering and financial planning
- Are you able to lead change manage risk and support continuous improvement initiatives

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE
- Provide leadership and coordination of patient/client care delivery to achieve continuity and quality outcomes.
- Support and lead nursing/midwifery and multidisciplinary teams to optimise service delivery and patient flow.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement processes risk management and corporate frameworks.
- Manage local resources including staffing rostering recruitment and financial planning.
- Develop and maintain a learning environment supporting team capability and performance development.
- Lead change initiatives support best practice and contribute to improved service delivery outcomes.
