Description

Sese Industrial is a greenfield operation that has an immediate opening Material Handler. The Material Handler will transport materials supplies and finished products to designated locations throughout the plant.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Receives distributes and stores products as directed in designated secure locations.
Transports and loads materials supplies and finished goods (manually and/or using hand trucks and skids).
When problems arise resolves issues with supervisor or team leader.
Collects and properly disposes of scrap bracing cardboard and strapping; maintains a safe and clean work environment.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Good math and written communication skills.
Reading/Attention to detail. Must be able to differentiate between part numbers.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Efficient time management skills.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or other formal training in related field preferred.
At least two years of related experience preferred.

Order and cleanliness of their area and its environment
Respect and communicate quality and environment as well as the rules of health and safety.
Work with Logistics Maintenance and Quality
Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Able to stand/and or walk for 10 hours per day.
Must wear safety gear such as goggles and gloves when handling box cutters or similar tools.
Able to pass drug screen
