Job Title: Material Hander Location: Salem NH Purpose of Position: The purpose of the Material Handler is to ensure the efficient accurate and safe movement storage and availability of materials required for manufacturing operations. This role supports uninterrupted production by delivering the right materials to the right locations at the right time maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to safety and quality standards. By coordinating material flow between receiving storage production lines and shipping the Material Handler helps optimize productivity reduce downtime and support overall operational efficiency. Essential duties and/or Functions: (Essential Functions/basic job duties that must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation) -Support the Quality team with QRI activities due to technician shortages -Perform production inventory transactions and audit confirmation activities directly on the floor. -Support inventory control by auditing kanban systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. -Execute inventory transactions related to material movement on the production floor. -Perform and/or audit inventory transactions for outgoing material to ensure correct processing and traceability. -Monitor kanban levels for non-inventory (NI) materials to prevent shortages or excess. -Place orders for non-inventory materials as required to support uninterrupted operations. Required Minimum Qualifications: (Minimum/Basic level of qualifications needed to perform the essential functions of the position i.e. education licensure or any measurable and job-related experience) High school diploma or technical certification in machining manufacturing or related field. 1 years of experience in Manufacturing environment Familiarity with ERP/MES Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
