Lead Coach & Develop
- Give consistent constructive feedback
- Support your teams growth through development plans and training

Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
- Passion for health fitness and helping others feel their best
- Minimum 1 years management experience in the fitness industry
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to adapt your style
- Commercial awareness and the ability to drive results through people
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member-first mindset
- Positivity resilience and a fearless attitude to problem-solving
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and Bank Holidays
- Level 2 Fitness Qualification (desirable)
- Experience supporting or delivering new site openings (desirable)
