• Be a visible energetic leader on the gym floor
• Ensure every interaction - from reception to workout - feels personal and professional
• Maintain immaculate presentation cleanliness and safety standards

Operate with Precision

• Deliver all operational processes on time and to the highest standard
• Oversee Health & Safety risk management and pool plant operations
• Embed national campaigns like #WorkoutWednesday while living and breathing our brand values and ways of working driving full team engagement always

Lead Coach & Develop

• Give consistent constructive feedback
• Support your teams growth through development plans and training

Motivate your people through challenges with a fearless solutions-driven attitude

Qualifications :

What Youll Bring

• Passion for health fitness and helping others feel their best
• Minimum 1 years management experience in the fitness industry
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to adapt your style
• Commercial awareness and the ability to drive results through people
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member-first mindset
• Positivity resilience and a fearless attitude to problem-solving
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and Bank Holidays
• Level 2 Fitness Qualification (desirable)
• Experience supporting or delivering new site openings (desirable)
