Job Summary
What will you do
- Drafting contracts and other legal documents
- Preparing legal papers researching legal issues and drafting legal documents such as contracts and business agreements
- Representing and negotiating with opposing counsel and working with internal and/or external to develop legal arguments
- Conducting research on legal issues to support the business
- Interpreting laws regulations and policies to advise clients about how these apply to their situation
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Strong Legal Background
Possesses deep and comprehensive knowledge of law particularly in corporate law investment regulations and international cross-border business transactions.
- Industry Experience
Has prior working experience in both the IT industry and the manufacturing/sparepart sector.
- Professional Experience
Minimum 34 years of relevant experience in legal corporate or compliance roles.
- Regulatory Expertise
In-depth understanding of key regulatory areas including:
- Import regulations
- LKPM (Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal)
- PMSE (Perdagangan Melalui Sistem Elektronik)
- SIINAS (Sistem Informasi Industri Nasional)
- TKDN (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri)
- Must be aware of and experienced in handling legal permits related to:
- Import activities
- Technology compliance
- Commercial sparepart regulations
- Experience handling or supporting government tenders (tender pemerintah) including compliance and required documentation.
- Language Skills
Proficient in English both written and spoken.
- Work Style & Collaboration
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
