Role Overview

We are seeking a strong leader to align priorities and drive focus on system and process improvements across Service Operations. This role leads the delivery of solutions aligned to operational priorities and enables training and support for all standard processes and IT-supported systems.
Drive a team culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across HD.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment: Partner with leadership to secure focus on critical system and process priorities ensuring improvements are embedded and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
Team Development: Build and empower a capable team with deep cross-functional knowledge of key processes and systems enabling them to lead change initiatives.
Ensure & Maintain Operational Standards: Support IT systems manage WIP practices and standards and drive governance training and support frameworks that strengthen service operations and enhance efficiency.
Develop and Deliver Solutions: Lead and manage the Digital Solutions roadmap aligned to operational priorities as the Value Stream Lead. Partner with IT and operational stakeholders to prioritize initiatives ensure simplicity and simplification and deliver outcomes that create value for our customers.
