What you will do
- Medical appointment scheduling for clinicians using a healthcare ticketing systemcalled TOMSS
- Ticket and schedule management for current day and pre-planning for next day
- Create and send telehealth linksfor telehealthpractitioners
- Liaise with nurses through phoneSlackand email
- Follow clearschedulingprocessesoperationalthresholdsand checklists
- Grow from supporting onefacilityto managingmultipleas you gain confidence
- Responsible to complete day-to-day administrative tasks to support effective operational maintenance and optimization
