Timekeeper Clerk
ATimekeeperClerkisresponsibleforaccuratelytrackingemployeehoursattendanceandleaveensuringcompliancewithcompanypoliciesandpayrollregulations. Other duties may be assigned.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- MaintainAccurateRecords:Trackandrecordemployeeworkhoursattendanceandleaveusingtimekeepingsystemsand
- PayrollProcessing:Compileandverifytimesheetscalculatehoursworkedandpreparepayrolldatafor
- AddressDiscrepancies:Investigateandresolveanydiscrepanciesintimekeepingrecordsensuringaccuracyandcompliancewithlabor
- Reporting:Prepareanddistributepayrollreports andassistinauditsrelatedtotimeand
- Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding timekeeping and payroll issues providing assistance as
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required for this Position:
Education no minimum education requirements.
Certification / License: A valid Drivers License and a TWIC Card.
Experience 2 years direct experience in a Timekeeping Clerk role withâpayroll.
