Associate Director Bid Management Global Digital Infrastructure
Location: Singapore

The Opportunity
Join a Tier-1 Global Digital Ecosystem Enabler that operates the worlds largest network. This organisation connects businesses to 60% of the worlds cloud giants and carries approximately 30% of the worlds internet routes.
We are looking for a heavyweight Bid Management Leader to command the end-to-end bid lifecycle for the APAC region. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will orchestrate complex bespoke customer offerstransforming demanding RFx documents into winning commercial propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Bid Leadership: Own the complete management creation and submission of bespoke customer offers and proactive proposals.
- Deal Orchestration: Lead virtual bid teams across Sales Legal Product and Commercial functions to ensure absolute adherence to deadlines and winning strategies.
- Risk & Governance: Manage the bid risk register implementing robust mitigation strategies while ensuring strict compliance with company processes.
- Commercial Negotiation: Actively facilitate crucial contract negotiations bridging the gap between internal stakeholders and the customer to secure the win.
- Bid Qualification: Partner with sales leadership to drive critical Bid/No-Bid decisions ensuring resources are focused on the highest-probability opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 15 years of progressively responsible experience ideally within the Telecommunications or ICT sector.
- Expertise: Deep mastery of the bid lifecycle from capture planning to contract negotiation.
- Education: Bachelors degree in a STEM field; an MBA or Post-Graduate Management degree is highly preferred.
- Certification: APMP accreditation is a distinct advantage.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Content Library systems and advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint.
