STEP INTO THE ROLE / 業務内容
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Engineering Department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments external vendors and contractors assisting with scheduling and documentation management.
- Prepare and maintain records reports purchase requests and other departmental documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with tracking maintenance schedules work orders and preventive maintenance records.
- Support the Engineering leadership team with meeting arrangements translation and reporting tasks.
- エンジニアリング部門の円滑で効率的な運営をサポートする事務庶務業務を担当します
- 社内各部門や業者取引先との連絡調整スケジュール管理書類管理を行います
- 報告書購買申請各種記録などの書類を正確かつ迅速に作成管理します
- メンテナンススケジュール作業依頼予防保全記録の追跡をサポートします
- 会議準備翻訳通訳報告業務などエンジニアリングチームの管理職を補佐します
Qualifications :
SKILLS THAT HELP YOU SHINE / 求めるスキル経験
- Experience in administrative or secretarial work ideally within a hotel or engineering-related department.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook).
- Fluent in Japanese (essential) with English communication skills preferred.
- A proactive service-oriented team player who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
