- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the team subcontractors and vendors as required to successfully execute the assigned events.
- Provide information and guidance for the clients in order to obtain accurate specifications for the events.
- Manage all operations in the Conventions to ensure excellent customer services and to provide outstanding technical expertise.
- Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre to ensure maximum cooperation productivity morale and guest service.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service contractors and other suppliers of event services.
