Job Summary
Job Description
Job Purpose / Objective: The purpose of this position is to effectively lead the project management role in relocation projects capacity increase projects and backward integration/localization projects in sensors value stream and to meet the business objectives within the framework of agreed KPIs.
Primary Responsibility:
Area: Leadership & Strategy Management
Key Activities: Coordinate Long term planning strategies with Business Unit IPN and Plant management to align technical capacity planning (TEK) and plant volume allocations. Lead the project management starring from project kickoff until project closure in compliance with necessary internal and external regulations.
Key Process Result: TEK realization to meet customer demand. Adherence to Project KPIs
Area: Stake holder Management
Key Activities: Identifying all internal and external stakeholders of the project. Managing their expectations and requirements. Create stakeholder management strategies.
Area: Innovation Management & Continuous Improvement
Key Activities: Supervise innovation management involving key stakeholders to generate new ideas and to solve current concerns. Horizontal deployment of lessons learned.
Area: Risk and Escalation Management
Key Activities: Anticipate risks and escalate on time. Intervention and resolution of project risks with appropriate measures. Create update and review project risks with stake holder for quick resolution.
Area: Networking & Collaboration
Key Activities: Enable regular communication across hierarchy and cross functional teams to establish personal & professional network and build synergies.
Area: Communication Management
Key Activities: Setup regular project reviews across different levels of stake holders. Setup communication protocols and document key minutes and alignments.
Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors degree in Engineering in Mechanical Automotive Industrial engineering
Experience
- 3 -6 years of experience in manufacturing relevant fields
- 3 years in Project management domain
