Job Summary
The purpose of this role involves designing developing testing and maintaining PLC and HMI software applications and systems manage and mentor other software engineers collaborate with stakeholders and ensure higher quality standards and industrial best practices in place.

- Proficient in PLC HMI Software and Control systems for special purpose machines such as assembly process and testing machines.
- Proficient in PLC and HMI software standards and automation technologies.
- Proficient in electronic devicesprocess and testing instruments working principle and devices communication etc.
- Proficient in various field bus communication standards architect for complex process and

Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics (Experience in Mechatronics will be an added advantage)
- 10 years of experience in machine building industry with alteast 2 years in supervisory role.
- Experience in the build and execution of Complex assembly test machines.
- Experience in project engineering developing Software architecture and cost estimation.
- Strong programming knowledge on Siemens PLC Bosch Rexroth Beckhoff PLC Allen Bradley Delta Mitsubishi.
- Proficiency in IEC61131 - Structured Text programming language ladder logic and STL.
- Programming knowledge on HMI systems strong understanding of industry standard communication protocols.
- Experience in handling devices like Servo Drives Tightening controllers Pressing systems test systems etc.
- Experience in PLC projects involving MES digital twin modern automation protocols.
- Experience in Robotics and Vision Systems.
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in leading a PLC Software team.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Experience in Bosch automation Software platforms Nexeed OpCon Nexeed MES.
