At PwC our people in audit and assurance focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements internal controls and other assurable information enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with a variety of stakeholders. They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls.

Those in data analytics and technology solutions at PwC will assist clients in developing solutions that help build trust drive improvement and detect monitor and predict risk. Your work will involve using advanced analytics data wrangling technology and automation tools to leverage data and focus on establishing the right processes and structures to enable our clients to make efficient and effective decisions based on accurate information that is complete and trustworthy.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

  • Demonstrates baseline knowledge inTransformation Assurance service offeringsincluding proficiency in waterfall and agilesystems development lifecycle conceptsproject management practices and awarenessof trends in ERP and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in projectmanagement concepts and Key Projectmanagement tools within the ERP/Applications such as SAP S/4 HANA OracleSalesforce etc including managing projectworkflow budgets billing and collection.
  • Demonstrates the ability to create proposalsand manage pursuits utilising negotiationskills to craft persuasive value-driven businesscases and secure successful proposaloutcomes.
  • Demonstrates proven ability as a team leadincluding establishing direction motivatingmembers creating trust leveraging diverseviews coaching staff and promotingcontinuous improvement and innovation.
  • Demonstrates understanding of organizationchange workstream associated with ERPimplementations.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skillsacross written verbal facilitation andpresentation formats for all levels of industryaudiences clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Independenceconcepts and the ability to execute the variousrisk management steps and documents duringthe planning phase.
  • Demonstrates ability to identify and addressclient needs including developing clientrelationships identifying new serviceopportunities and preparing and presentingcomplex written and verbal materials.

Good to have:

  • Understanding of financial risk managementoperational risk management and compliancerequirements.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. AlteryxPower BI) and Microsoft suite tools (e.g. WordExcel PowerPoint).
  • Experience in managing custom softwaredevelop or implementation or ERP (SAPOracle Dynamics etc) programs/projectsinvolving process improvement systemimplementation and/or PMO effectiveness.
  • Accounting experience and consultingexperience.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention todetail and accuracy

Education/Qualification

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in AccountingManagement Information Systems orequivalent or a business-related field.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 7 years ofrelevant experience
  • Chartered Accountant would be preferred
  • Certifications such as CISA CISSP orCISM are preferred
