We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Support Manager to join our team in this pivotal role you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our operational processes ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working as part of the support team providing guidance mentorship and performance management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Oversee project management activities ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational performance
- Manage relationships and strive to optimize costs and service levels
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key operational processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and safety standards
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance operational capabilities
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of leading teams.
- Background in staff dining and high end hospitality ideally in the corporate contract catering world.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
