35000 to 45000 basic
60000 to 90000 OTE
Flexible for the right person

Working hours
Monday to Friday
No weekends!

The role
Our client has built a highly successful in house CRM system for their own estate agency. It performs exceptionally well and is now being launched as a commercial PropTech product to other estate agencies.

They are looking for a Business Development Manager to take this product to market and sell it directly to estate agency businesses across the UK.

This is a pure B2B sales role focused on relationship led selling within the property sector.

Key responsibilities
Selling a CRM product to estate agency businesses
Leveraging an existing network and industry relationships
Managing the full sales cycle from introduction to close
Identifying new opportunities within the estate agency and lettings market
Acting as a trusted consultant rather than a hard seller

Ideal background
Current or recent experience in estate agency or PropTech
Strong B2B sales experience selling into the property sector
Existing black book of estate agency contacts
Comfortable selling a SaaS style product
Self starter who can work autonomously
