We are seeking a highly motivated Analytical R&D Scientist to join a dynamic team supporting synthetic molecule this role you will design optimize and qualify analytical methods to enable process and formulation development. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to drive innovation and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop optimize and qualify analytical methods for synthetic molecules.
- Provide analytical support for process and formulation development activities.
- Independently plan and execute experiments; analyze and interpret complex data.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP/GLP safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare clear concise technical reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while learning and applying new techniques.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with analytical techniques (LC GC Dissolution Karl Fischer spectroscopy) for synthetic molecules.
- Background in method development and validation for synthetic molecule products.
- Strong computer scientific and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in chemistry biology pharmacy engineering or related field with 4 years of relevant industry experience.
- OR Masters degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant industry experience.

Additional Details:
This is a full-time onsite position based on a first-shift schedule (Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm) with overtime required as needed. Candidates located within a commutable distance to Cambridge Massachusetts are strongly encouraged to apply.
