Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full-stack Software Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of technical experience and at least 5 years of team management experience. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical strategy enhancing our technology stack and ensuring we deliver top-tier software solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding our engineering team to new heights.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance our teams engineering capabilities contributing to strategic technical decisions.
- Analyze and improve the backend to frontend ecosystem providing insights to advance our tech stack.
- Integrate and modernize applications using technologies like Spring Boot React and Angular.
- Design and test high-quality React or Angular UIs and Node or Spring Boot APIs with both internal and open-source libraries.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Enhance performance and reliability through tools such as New Relic for performance monitoring and comprehensive telemetry data analysis.
- Manage and lead a team of engineers ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of projects.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Full Stack development.
- 5 years of experience in team management and leadership roles.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms particularly Azure AKS.
- Skilled in JavaScript React and Angular for web development.
- Experience with GraphQL and Spring Boot for microservices.
- Familiarity with databases like Microsoft SQL Server Azure SQL and MongoDB or NoSQL.
- Experience using Jira for task management.
- Proficient with DevOps tools including Jenkins Snyk Azure and SonarQube.
- Competence with GitHub for source control.
