Job Summary
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and customizing IBP modules like Demand Planning Supply Planning and S&OP to meet specific business needs.
- Analyzing supply chain data to identify trends optimize inventory levels and improve overall planning efficiency.
- Connecting SAP IBP with other SAP systems (e.g. SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA) and third-party applications to ensure a seamless data flow.
- Working closely with various departments including supply chain finance and IT to gather requirements provide solutions and ensure successful adoption.
- Providing technical support to end-users resolving system issues and supporting monthly planning cycles and system upgrades.
- Managing project deliverables from initial design and configuration to testing deployment and ongoing support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SAP IBP modules planning areas key figures and configuration.
- Expertise in supply chain management principles including demand planning inventory optimization and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Ability to analyze complex business data and translate it into actionable insights and technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and non-technical business users.
- Strong ability to identify and resolve issues within the IBP system and related business processes.
- Experience with project management methodologies for planning execution and delivery of SAP IBP projects.
- SAP certification preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
