We are seeking an Assistant Office Manager to support our dealership accounting operations. This role is based at a primary location but requires occasional travel to other Fitzgerald stores to provide backup training and support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting operations including AR/AP deposits schedules deal posting and month-end tasks.
- Support Office Managers during staff shortages vacations or high-volume periods.
- Help train and assist accounting staff on Fitzgerald processes.
- Ensure accuracy compliance and consistent internal controls.
- Provide support to Sales Service Parts and Body Shop departments as needed.
- Visit other Fitzgerald locations when required.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of automotive dealership accounting experience required.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and assist multiple teams.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel within the Fitzgerald network.
