Job Summary

Under general supervision perform general corrective and preventative maintenance of both equipment and buildings throughout designated PIH Health facilities and all equipment connected with them.

Required Skills

Able to work alone organize jobs teach various skills to others.
Sufficient expertise in specialty areas plumbing electrical painting carpentry to meet staffing needs of the hospital and minimize the need to utilize outside contractors.
Knowledge of material and work procedures used in plumbing electrical carpentry and the application of painting.
Basic knowledge of computers and smart phones.
Dependable good judgment and able to work alone.
Sufficient work expertise to organize jobs prioritize workload and teach various skills to others.
Able to drive Box Truck Forklift Pallet Jack.
