Software Engineer - Full Stack Developer

Eligibility: 2 years of experience or Internship in IT background ( Recent graduates in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field )

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to join our development team. This role is suited for candidates who are in the early stages of their career and are eager to gain practical experience in modern web development. The successful candidate will work primarily with on the frontend and will be exposed to backend development using databases and integrations with systems like Redis and Elasticsearch.

This position offers the opportunity to work on live projects collaborate with experienced developers and build a strong foundation in full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using ( Next Js )
Assist in creating backend services and APIs using
Integrate backend services with Redis for caching and Elasticsearch for search functionality
Support integration of frontend applications with relational or NoSQL databases
Participate in debugging testing and optimizing application performance
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement product features
Follow coding standards and contribute to code reviews and documentation

Required Qualifications and Skills

Basic understanding of JavaScript (ES6) HTML and CSS
Expertise with and backend development principles
Exposure to relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
Exposure to Redis and Elasticsearch integration
Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic integration techniques
Knowledge of Git and version control workflows
Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Academic or personal projects demonstrating full-stack development skills
Familiarity with TypeScript or
Exposure to DevOps tools Docker or cloud platforms (AWS GCP etc.)
