Gardening & Grounds Maintenance Team Member

Were seeking an Experienced Gardening Team Member to join our mobile team operating between Caboolture and Bli Bli. Youll maintain lawns gardens and public green spaces across multiple sites with consistent hours MondayFriday work and all uniform PPE and equipment provided.

Youll be part of a crew that values teamwork reliability and pride in the spaces we care for. Your work will make an immediate difference to the communities who use these parks and landscapes every day.

What Youll Do

• Travel with the mobile crew across sites from Caboolture to Bli Bli
• Mowing (push and ride-on) edging and brush-cutting
• Garden maintenance including hedging pruning weeding and mulching
• Keeping sites clean safe and well-presented
• Conducting basic equipment checks and reporting maintenance needs
• Following safety procedures and supporting a strong team culture

What You Bring

• Experience in gardening grounds or landscape maintenance
• Drivers licence (essential for mobile crew work)
• White Card and Blue Card or willingness to obtain
• Confidence using mowers brush-cutters and general gardening tools
• Reliability punctuality and ability to work outdoors in varied conditions
• Team-focused mindset and pride in quality work
• Willingness to work across multiple sites and enjoy variety
