Job Summary

Associate Veterinarian Columbus IN

A well-established small-animal practice is seeking a dedicated Veterinarian to join its collaborative clinical team. This role offers a supportive environment a varied medical and surgical caseload and strong opportunities for professional development. The incoming doctor will work alongside experienced peers contribute to a positive practice culture and help deliver high-quality care to pets and the people who love them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate and thorough medical care across a range of routine and advanced cases

  • Communicate effectively with clients to support informed trust-based care decisions

  • Collaborate with veterinary professionals and support staff to maintain a cohesive team environment

  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of medical standards and patient care processes

  • Maintain accurate medical records and uphold best practices in safety and compliance

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent international certification)

  • Active state veterinary license in good standing or eligibility to obtain one

  • Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Commitment to ongoing learning and advancement within the profession
