Job Summary

We are proudly partnering with a national community NDIS service who are currently expanding into the Central Coast NSW. They are renown for offering fantastic training and support and highly rewarding careers. As they continue to grow they are looking for a Senior Community OT where youll enjoy great flexibility a competitive salary and the opportunity to grow into a Team Manager.

Key areas of the role are:

  • Working closely with participants (full age range) and their care team providing therapeutic OT services and helping clients achieve desired goals
  • Conducting home and community assessments making home mod and AT recommendations
  • Referring partner relationship management for the region
  • Participating in individual and group wide professional development initiatives
  • Alongside the Area Manager support the growth of the region including new clinicians that join the central coast team

There are outstanding opportunities to further develop your career both locally and nationally.

The successful candidate will have

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rights
  • 2 years post graduate experience in NDIS
  • Outstanding communication interpersonal and relationships building skills

Salary can be negotiated based on experience ideally between $95k-$110k super bonus vehicle allowance. You will also be supported mentored and offered genuine work life balance.
