What You Will Do
As a Casual Administration Officer youll play an important role in keeping our hospital functioning at its best. Working across a rotating roster youll gain broad exposure to the hospital environment and develop a wide-ranging skillset that will make you a versatile confident and highly employable healthcare administrator.
Youll have the opportunity to support multiple areas of the hospital including:
Youll be the friendly first point of contactwelcoming patients taking calls and helping with admissions by keeping their details up to date. Youll work alongside the nursing and admin teams with day-to-day paperwork and data entry and youll also help clerk patients into the Emergency Department while keeping the switchboard running smoothly and calls directed to the right place.

Youll thrive in this role if you:
Have previous administration and/or customer service experience
Are confident using computers and learning new systems
Are proactive enthusiastic and work well within a team
Can work flexibly across shifts including weekends
