We are currently searching for a switched on Retail Manager to oversee our brand newRamsay Pharmacy at Pindara Private Hospital. This position requiresa passionateindividual withanability to guide and lead others drive sales and meet KPIs.
- Coach and develop staff including overseeing new employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee work direction including base rosteringtrainingand annual leave
- Create an empowering culture that enables the pharmacy and retail team to excel
Whatyoullbring
- Ability tomanageandleada team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative procedural and medication safety principles
- Minimumof 2 yearsexperiencein a similar position
- Demonstratedcommitmentto customer service inventory control & continuous quality improvement.
- Experience inaretailpharmacysettingishighly desirable but not essential.
Requirements
- Mustprovide aNational Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role Ramsay Pharmacy may requireproof of immunisationagainst infectious diseases.
