Position Summary:

We are looking for detailed and quality-orientated individuals to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities will include order picking order fulfillment and packaging material handling loading and unloading incoming/outgoing shipments outside service vendor coordination.

Reports to: Inventory/Logistics Manager

Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday (7am to 4pm) and Friday (7am to 3pm)

Essential Functions/Qualifications:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent experience is required

• 2 - 3 years of related shipping/receiving experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset

• Strong computer skills including the proficiency of Microsoft Office.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others

• Possess a continuous improvement mindset

• Previous experience working with an ERP system (JDE) is a definite asset

• Physical Demands (ability to lift occasionally 50-80 lbs; required to stand walk sit; use hands to handle and reach
