Processing Administrator

The Processing Administrator will purchase invoices process incoming and outgoing payments in the appropriate systems and facilitate updates to dealer inventory. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and meeting internal and external stakeholders expectation of timeliness and accuracy.

Day to Day

• Processing invoices to ensure approved orders are invoiced.
• Process cash applications to ensure accurate and up-to-date dealer accounts.
• Assist in vendor funding process to ensure accurate and timely funding.
• Communicate with internal and external business partners to provide necessary information or documentation.
• Review requests to update dealer inventory verify necessary documentation and approval is included and complete the request within established timeline.
• Contribute to department efficiencies by identifying opportunities for improvement offering ideas and participating in projects to develop and implement solutions.
• Contribute to ongoing policy and procedure review and development.
• Use feedback to improve own performance in order to attain operational excellence

Essentials

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative job
• At least a 2-year degree preferred
• Operates and thinks within few strict procedures and instructions
• Actively looks for feedback to improve own way of working
• Works within approved procedures

Applicable Pay Range

$44759.20- $67138.80

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills years of relevant experience you possess and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLLs compensation plans and policies. Further the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees including healthcare benefits 401k matching vacation sick leave parental leave possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
