As a Software Engineer III in Post Trade Technology you will design and deliver innovative metrics reporting tools as a member of our global agile team. Youll work across multiple technologies from cloud data stores to dynamic data visualizations and dashboards. Your contributions will help drive critical solutions and empower decision-makers worldwide. Youll be part of a collaborative team culture that values continuous improvement and embraces new technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute software solutions design development and technical troubleshooting
- Create secure high-quality production code and maintain algorithms
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications
- Gather analyze synthesize and develop visualizations and reporting from large diverse data sets
- Identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements
- Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and technology events
- Add to a team culture of diversity opportunity inclusion and respect
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Hands-on experience in system design application development testing and operational stability
- Proficient in Java and ReactJS coding
- Experience developing debugging and maintaining code in a large corporate environment
- Knowledge of modern programming languages and database querying languages
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Solid grasp of agile methodologies such as CI/CD Application Resiliency and Security
- Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Exposure to cloud technologies
- Python experience is a plus
