Engineering Manager

Salary: Up to 110k

Job Description: Lead the development of a cutting-edge AI-first contact-centre platform focusing on backend services real-time communications and third-party integrations. This hands-on role involves significant C# .NET Core development API design and database work while also mentoring junior team members. Drive technical excellence and contribute directly to core product functionality in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you will do:

Lead the development of robust backend services using C# Core ensuring high performance and scalability
Design implement and test REST APIs and real-time WebSocket connections for core product features
Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions for integrations with AI and telephony services

The ideal candidate:

5 years of backend software engineering experience with strong C# (.NET Core) proficiency
Proven expertise in designing and implementing REST APIs and working with PostgreSQL databases
A proactive self-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a startup mindset
