We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to identify growth opportunities expand strategic partnerships and drive revenue for Dells products and services. This role requires strong commercial acumen technical understanding and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and the vendor.

What will you do
- Lead motivate and develop a team of account executives and sales representatives.
- Set and manage sales targets forecasting and pipeline management.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing product and customer support teams to align strategy and execution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts.
- Analyze sales data and trends to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Which Talent do you bring
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales including 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technology solutions and the IT sales cycle.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a global matrixed environment.
