Job Summary

VOIP & Linux Systems Engineer

Architect and optimize robust Linux-based VoIP solutions across Red Hat Ubuntu and CentOS environments.
Develop manage and maintain scalable cloud telephony stacks utilizing Asterisk (versions).
Enhance and implement critical telephony infrastructure leveraging Asterisk AMI AGI and ARI with MSSQL and MySQL databases.
Design and configure high-performance proxy and load balancing solutions using Kamailio including C/C module development.
Deep expertise in core VoIP protocols including SIP RTP SDP and WebRTC with experience in web-based calling via .
Proficient in Asterisk dial plan applications and skilled in programming languages such PHP Python and shell scripting.
Extensive Linux administration and networking knowledge (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu/Debian) including deploying and managing Asterisk clusters on GCP AWS and Azure utilizing Ansible Jenkins and Docker.
Adept at troubleshooting and resolving complex VoIP and call quality issues utilizing tools like Wireshark sngrep sip tcpdump and Audacity.
Hands-on experience with VoIP monitoring tools and strong understanding of voice APIs.
Drive Asterisk VoIP-related development initiatives.

Requirements

VoIP Expertise: Proficient in SIP RTP SDP and WebRTC. Extensive experience with Asterisk (v13) dial plans and APIs (AMI AGI ARI).

Linux & Cloud: Strong Linux administration skills (Red Hat Ubuntu CentOS) and experience with cloud platforms (GCP AWS Azure). Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible Jenkins and Docker.

Programming & Databases: Skilled in scripting (Python shell) and programming (.NET PHP). Experience with MSSQL and MySQL databases.

Troubleshooting: Adept at resolving complex VoIP and call quality issues using tools like Wireshark sngrep and tcpdump.

Additional Skills: Experience with Kamailio C/C development and web-based calling ().
