Community & Growth Paid Internship (Full-Time, Berlin)

Pengu is an IP-based AI character that lives between you and your real friends - you can raise it together play games chat and watch it live its own life. Pengu has become the biggest AI character app with its own IP in the US. We have also launched a new AI social product in stealth that is already seeing outstanding adoption.

Tasks

Youll work on building and scaling our community to millions of users: driving organic growth through Discord TikTok and Instagram creating content that resonates managing hundreds of creators and acquiring new ones to expand our reach.

Youll shape the voice of our community in the EU-market from day one and have ownership across channels campaigns and creator partnerships.

Requirements

• Having product sense is great.
• Deep understanding of social media culture: TikTok Instagram and Discord are second nature to you.
• Experience building and growing online communities.
• Experience managing and activating creators or influencers at scale.
• Experience driving organic growth through content campaigns and partnerships.
• Strong ability to sell the vision. Convincing creators partners and users to join and stay engaged.
• Must be enrolled in a program that requires a mandatory internship.
• Fluency in English is required.
