Job Summary (List Format) for Application Analyst II-REMOTE
- Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for a large portfolio of back office applications in a multi-regional healthcare system.
- Specializes in support of clinical 3rd party applications (e.g. cardiology radiology lab PACS Sleep Lab Cadwell PFT Breeze Suite).
- Coordinates and resolves application-related issues recommending procedures and controls to prevent recurrence.
- Follows ITIL Service Management Processes including adherence to issue/request SLAs and management of SEV1 and SEV2 application outages.
- Thoroughly documents incidents and resolutions in call tracking and knowledge databases to improve future problem resolution.
- Participates in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 application support for all back office systems.
- Demonstrates advanced understanding of Microsoft Office collaboration tools and related technical architectures.
- Works collaboratively within a team sharing information and assisting colleagues to ensure high-quality timely support.
- Focuses on providing excellent customer service to both internal and external users.
- Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Requires a Bachelors Degree (must provide proof of education with application).
