Job Summary

Job Summary (List Format):

- Hands-on office support position (not for lawyers or paralegals).
- Responsible for office services tasks: printing copying scanning working with Ricoh copiers/printers.
- Manage outgoing overnight packages and regular mail.
- Assist with conference room setups including food and beverages.
- Coordinate incoming requests with onsite staff.
- Customer service oriented; experience in law firm/related industry preferred.
- No driving required; must be able to commute to La Jolla location (no free parking not reimbursed).
- No extensive lifting standing or walking required.
- Office 360 proficiency needed.
- Must have 3-5 years related work experience (B2B and/or technical).
- 2 years managerial experience strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years customer-facing experience required.
- Strong technology knowledge and technical aptitude.
- Ability to solve complex problems and present to medium-sized groups.
- Excellent professional communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
- Some physical effort required including occasional lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
- Must interpret comprehend and apply complex material and instructions.
- Work is performed in a standard office environment.
