Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient On Site Supervisor to join our team in Mason Ohio. As the On Site Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations ensuring project timelines are met and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site activities including worker assignments and task prioritization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations company policies and industry standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Manage project timelines and resources to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Collaborate with upper management to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records of site activities progress reports and incident reports
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site team members fostering a positive work environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise making decisive actions when necessary
Monday thru Friday 2pm- 10pm occassional weekends may be required.
Rate of Pay $18hr. Paid bi-weekly.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an On Site Supervisor in the facilities management/Janitorial industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilities
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required including weekends and holidays
Clean Criminal Background and Reliable Transportation Required.
