Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Support the growth of a skincare brand as an Assistant Brand Manager.
- Contribute to brand storytelling and campaign execution.
- Assist with day-to-day marketing operations.
- Stay current with beauty and skincare trends and consumer behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D Supply Chain Sales) to develop and launch innovative products.
- Analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making and enhance marketing strategies.
- Work in a hybrid role based in New York with 2 days per week in-office.
- Typical schedule: 5 days/week 9-6 or 10-7 EST.
- Utilize skills in communication organization and time management.
- Use Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite Canva and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Preferably have experience with major beauty retailers (Sephora Ulta) or beauty specialty channels.
- Ideal candidate is passionate proactive detail-oriented and a self-starter.
- Korean language skills (read write speak) are preferred.
