Job Summary
Job Summary:
- Work as part of a union team in a manufacturing/production environment
- Flexible availability required during probationary period including nights weekends and holidays
- May be assigned to multiple areas within the plant as needed
- Shift options include:
- 2nd shift: 3pm to 11pm 5 days/week 8 hours/day
- 3rd shift (graveyard): 10pm to 6:30am 5 days/week 8 hours/day
- Overtime and at least one weekend day may be required
- Perform mechanical and/or electrical repairs
- Work with fabrication machine shop tools hydraulics and/or pneumatics
- Read and follow schematics electrical diagrams and blueprints
- Safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent bending stooping twisting and turning
- Maintain manual dexterity overall coordination and good balance
- Collaborate with a larger team to achieve production goals and ensure a safe work environment
- Demonstrate attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Engage with and contribute to the community
- LME (Limited Maintenance Electrical) License preferred
