Job Summary
- Full-time 1st shift position (6:00 am 2:00 pm Monday to Friday) at CTDIs Coatesville PA branch (Verizon vertical)
- Work for a leading engineering repair and logistics company serving major telecommunications and cable providers
- Perform component-level electrical repair and troubleshooting on printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Utilize soldering and desoldering skills for electronics repair
- Operate and interpret results from various test equipment
- Ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) policies when handling hard drives and electronic components
- Enter repair data accurately using computers and software applications
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues down to the component level
- Manage multiple repair tasks work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain attention to detail and thoroughness in all work performed
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs. standing/walking for extended periods and performing repetitive motions in a warehouse environment
- Minimum requirements: 2 years of electronics technician experience at least 6 months of soldering and PCB repair and a 2-year electronics degree/certification or equivalent experience
- Must pass a technical aptitude test (where applicable)
- Preferred skills: time management eagerness to learn and strong written/verbal communication skills
