SAP Skills
- 3-6 years of experience in one or more SAP modules.
- At least one full life-cycle implementation project (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).
- Understands of SAP Activate Methodology.
- Ability to use Service Marketplace to create tickets research notes and review release notes.
- Technical background and an understanding of the SAP Application Systems.
- Testing Methodology.
- Stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle.
- Develop Update and Maintain Test Suites Test Cases Test Data.
- Map test cases with requirements generate RTM and test results using tools such as HP ALM/Quality Center.
- Understands of Testing Metrics.
Responsibilities
- Review of software requirements.
- Support the lead in estimation and planning of testing activities.
- Prepares test cases and test data.
- Executes test cases and test data.
- Achieves organization testing metrics such as productivity defect removal efficiency.
- Reporting of defects.
- Prepares test status reports.
Business Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and Visio.
- Understands business processes for focus area or multiple modules.
- Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify and understand touch points between modules.
- Understands how to solve detailed SAP problems.
- Understands and can explain best business practices especially those that SAP enables.
