Job Summary

Job Title: Lead Fullstack Developer

Location: Dallas TX (Onsite)

Duration: 6-12 Months Contract

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Lead with strong expertise in React (60%) and Java Spring Boot Microservices (40%) to drive the design development and implementation of scalable high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full stack strong leadership capabilities and the ability to guide development teams while contributing to complex front-end and back-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead fullstack development initiatives across front-end and back-end components.
Design and develop responsive user-friendly front-end applications using React.
Build maintain and optimize Java Spring Boot microservices for scalable and distributed systems.
Implement service mesh architecture and integrate microservices efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners architects and QA engineers.
Participate in solution design architectural discussions and code reviews.
Ensure code quality performance and maintainability following industry best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvements.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

10 years of fullstack development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in (hooks state management UI components).
Strong backend development experience with Java Spring Boot REST APIs.
Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Good understanding of service mesh concepts (Istio Linkerd or similar).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines Git unit testing and cloud environments (AWS GCP or Azure).
Solid understanding of HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and front-end performance optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
