Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Design develop test and implement applications on IBM Mainframe environments.
Work with COBOL JCL DB2 VSAM CICS to build and maintain business processes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Perform batch job monitoring optimization and scheduling.
Conduct code reviews unit testing and integration testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA Business Analysts and infrastructure teams.
Perform impact analysis for system enhancements and defect fixes.
Work on performance tuning and optimization of existing programs.
Ensure compliance with coding standards security guidelines and best practices.
Support migration modernization and re-engineering initiatives.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
