Job Summary

Role Overview & Structure

Position: DGM/GM Quality (Foundry).
Location: Hyderabad.

Candidate Profile & Hiring Criteria

1. Technical Experience (Non-Negotiable):

Industry: Must come from a Foundry background (Iron & Steel).
Specific Process Knowledge: Experience must be in Furan or Alphaset processes.
- Note: Do not source candidates from High-Pressure Molding lines.
Materials: Experience with Ductile Iron Steel and Grey Iron castings.
Quality Systems: Strong grasp of NDT methods (MPI UT RT) ISO 9001/14001/45001 and PPAP/FMEA/PFD activities.

2. Experience Level:

15 20 years of experience in medium/heavy foundries.
