Job Description Talent Acquisition Manager Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on TA Manager to lead IT hiring initiatives build strong talent pipelines and manage a team of recruiters to deliver quality hires at scale.
Key Responsibilities -
Drive end-to-end IT recruitment for technical and leadership roles across product services and manufacturing hiring needs.

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters manage performance productivity and delivery targets.

Own sourcing strategy pipeline building and demand fulfillment for niche and volume IT hiring.

Manage and optimize hiring using ATS workflow Boolean search job boards and LinkedIn talent channels.

Collaborate with stakeholders including hiring managers clients and delivery teams.
-
Manage vendor ecosystem and recruitment partners for timely fulfillment.
-
Build employer branding initiatives for talent attraction.
-
Track hiring metrics recruiter actions submissions interviews offers and closures.

Ensure compliance data hygiene and candidate experience excellence.
Skills & Competencies (Mandatory) -
8 years of experience in IT recruitment with 3 years in a lead/managerial role.

Strong expertise in sourcing technical talent using Boolean queries and job boards.

Experience working with ATS platforms (candidate tracking screening submissions and interview lifecycle).

Ability to lead volume niche IT hiring efficiently.

Experience handling vendors stakeholders and recruitment delivery teams.
-
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Good to Have -
Experience hiring for IT manufacturing or industrial recruitment.

Exposure to employer branding & recruitment marketing strategy.

Knowledge of recruitment automation & analytics.
