Job Summary

Job Decsription:

Lead monthly payroll processing for corporate offices stores factory fulfilment centres trainees and interns.
Oversee and execute end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
Ensure accurate computation of salaries bonuses incentives deductions
overtime and statutory components.
Validate payroll inputs including new hires exits attendance leaves variable pay and reimbursements.
Reconcile payroll output and ensure zero-error processing.
Prepare and release Full & Final (F&F) settlements in line with policy and statutory norms.
