Main Activities
Prepare negotiate and arrange execution for a portfolio of Master Agreement negotoations
allocated by the management with excellent intensity and quality
Review of legal opinions (close-out netting and collateral) and check of the capacity of
counterparties
Request proactively approvals from internal departments for short turnaround time
Manage the portfolio of negotiations in a proactive and solution-finding way in line with business
priorities
Ensure KPI are met at all times especially the processing time of the negotiations and the number
of negotiations to be finalised on a monthly basis
Support continuous improvements / efficiency of the negotiation process

External clients: Legal teams of Corporates Financial Institutions and Supra / Sov / Agencies
Internal clients: Sales Bankers Heads of desks
Support functions in Hong Kong Singapore other offices in Asia-Pacific and Paris: Legal Credit
Tax Operations Collateral Management Capital Markets Advisory Compliance and othersClient
Office departments in Asia Pacific and in Paris for prioritization and Master Agreement
Negotiation teams
Legal department in Asia Pacific Paris London and New York
Skills & Experience
A Bachelors degree from a recognized law school
At least 10 years of experience in negotiating Master Agreements with Asian counterparties
including at least ISDA CSA (VM IM) CDEA GMRA GMSLA at least UK law relevant
experience in Asian Pacific jurisdiction laws is a plus (ex: Japan Singapore Australia HK)
knowledge of NAFMII Gentan and Mutan is a plus
Experienced in new contracts and amendments detailed legal knowledge on netting rules
collateral capacity authority and enforceability of legal opinions and support documents
associated with Master Agreements
Very good knowledge of the regulatory framework around Master Agreements (including Dodd
Frank EMIR MIFID BRRD )
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills including accurate record keeping

Products knowledge across Global Markets for the above contract types and excellent
relationship with internal departments (Front Office Credit Legal XVA Tax Ops Collateral
Management etc.) to facilitate fast internal reviews / approvals of clients deviations requests
